I agree with you that leaders should use power and examine to exert leadership between the person and the workers. The employees have to recognize that the manager represents the controlling figure they mustiness follow. A good manager will open the lines of parleys with the workers in order to encourage greater participation and involvement. When the workers do not respect the manager in charge organizational conflict whitethorn arise. A good corporate culture includes an atmosphere in which the workers and managers mutually respect each other.The genius of the leader affects the persons ability to influence the behavior of others. A leader with an outgoing character is better able to captivate the imagination of the workers because this type of manager will have greater communication with the staff.
